:: January Meeting Report
A new culture of leaders is on the rise, and like many AIPBW members, they understand that a change in leadership is necessary. January's guest speaker, Anne-Lise Øien Vestgård, argued that this new wave of leaders should incorporate a balance of feminine wisdom and masculine action to successfully bring businesses forward. “Integration of the two transforms will allow you to be a pioneer leader in this changing time.” Anne-Lise’s workshop aimed at giving members an insight into the power of using and working with their body wisdom. She stressed the importance of being present, leading with authenticity, and daring to believe in a new vision and way of being. “You are responsible for how your energy is spent” she pointed out, and encouraged members to be the change they want to see. |
